Additional Information: Martins parent received a Consulate Cable(Telegram) informing them of his death as 1918-10-02 as from wounds.Martin’s remains were returned to Ireland aboard the SS Millwater in 1922. In the 1901 census Martin lived with his parents and seven siblings five brothers and two sisters. While the parents spoke only Irish, the rest of the children were bilingual.
