We are continuously doing our best to expand our cause, research the stories of these men, dig deep into the history. The history of Ireland, the history of the Galway men. We need people like you to support us.
Between the year 1914 – 1918 an estimated of 1,204 men and women from Galway have died fighting in the Great War.
We have taken on the initiative to ensure that their names are not forgotten. Since then, using our own funds and the funds donated by the generous people, we have managed to create a data base with the names of the Galway’s fallen soldiers.
